Jacquelyn “Jackie” McIntosh serves as Cogent Bank’s Pinellas County Market President with the primary responsibilities of managing commercial lending, retail banking, and bank operations. Her career has included senior leadership roles at national, regional, and community banks. Prior to joining Cogent, Jackie worked as a market president for her previous employer, overseeing strategic execution of commercial lending and retail production. She was integral in growing its territory market share from a startup operation to $850 million in loans and $750 million in deposits. Jackie is active in her local community and has served on several boards, including American Diabetes Association of Tampa Bay and American Cancer Society. Additionally, she has been recognized as a top-producing commercial loan officer several years in a row.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of South Florida and has certifications in appraisal review and cash management.
