Brad Leaghty has joined the Engage Behavioral Health team as its Marketing Associate. He was born and raised in Tampa and graduated from Florida International University with a major in Marketing. Brad has always taken an interest in marketing because it provides him a chance to utilize his creative and analytical capabilities.

Brad’s role as Marketing Associate is to plan marketing and branding objectives. This includes preparing marketing strategies, analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. Brad will also oversee the creation and delivery of advertisements as well as other marketing materials. His job will also include leading all areas of content generation and production across Engage Behavioral Health’s media platforms.

Before his role at Engage Behavioral Health, Brad gained experience as an intern at Optimum Seven, a Digital Marketing company. As a marketing intern, he aided in promoting clients brands! Brad also created several Facebook advertisements and landing pages, as well as assisted with optimization, content creation, advertising, building websites, and much more!

Brad is excited to be working with Engage Behavioral Health! He believes this will be a great opportunity to become more involved within the community as well as to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by Autism.
