Keith Best Hired as RIDG (Royal Innovation Design Group) Office Maestro

Keith BestRIDG (Royal Innovation Design Group) is a creative, strategic consulting firm that “builds better innovators” and solves complex issues using visual facilitation for companies around the world.

Because of its recent rapid growth and expansion throughout the Tampa Bay Region, RIDG was seeking “a calming, organizational force to assist in building infrastructure.” As of December, Keith Best has joined the RIDG team in the position of Office Manager, also known as the “Office Maestro.”

Keith’s duty as Office Maestro is to “lead from within the organization, while applying his passion and expertise to create administrative harmony amongst the RIDG team, its systems and its services.”

Originally from California, Keith moved to Florida when he was 6 years old. In 1993, he moved to Hawaii for more than a year, before moving back to San Francisco where he spent 11 years. In 2006, Keith returned to the Sunshine State.

Keith has 20 years of experience working with Wells Fargo in various positions pertaining to IT and Project Management. Keith is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and this past October he became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Being a CSM allows him to educate project teams on the proper uses of Scrum, which in turn, increases the likelihood of a project’s overall success.

Keith is also responsible for the development, implementation and improvement of office policies and procedures. He is tasked with harnessing the power of a very dynamic leader in order for RIDG to run as smoothly and systematized as possible.

Because of his background in Project Management, Keith’s organizational skills are a perfect fit for RIDG. He maintains a laser-focus, able to take an abstract idea, ground it and transform that idea into a reality. And, Keith is thrilled about joining RIDG.

He says, “The RIDG Team is an energetic, dynamic and agile group of people looking to expand their product and service offering. I am excited to utilize my newly-acquired SCRUM certification along with my Project Management background and PMP certification to help RIDG in the rollout of the newest innovative thinking strategies.”
