Help Cyber Florida complete the statewide critical infrastructure risk assessment!

Cyber Florida continues work on the statewide critical infrastructure risk assessment with the plans to submit a report to the legislature in Jan 2024. Cyber Florida is also working to further develop the Cybersecurity Evaluation Tool (CSET) to provide additional resources to participants, such as sector wide comparison of risk scores, entry level assessment, and more. Some benefits to participating are;

  • No cost confidential cybersecurity risk assessment
  • Download, print, or PDF your set of reports to use to make your systems better
  • Meet requirement to conduct risk assessment

There is no such thing as an island when talking about cybersecurity. All 16 sectors, public and private, and all businesses are interconnected and interdependent. To learn more and complete your survey go to cybersecureflorida.org

Cyber Florida has just released the new 20 question entry risk assessment. These questions are the areas of concerns from the participants that have already participated in our survey. This entry assessment is to encourage greater participation from those in the system with below 90% completion and entice those that have not started their risk assessment to participate. Those that complete the 20 question assessment will see an abbreviated since of their cyber-readiness and be able to download or print their own set of reports. After completing the 20 questions, they will be prompted to convert to the full risk assessment to a clearer picture of their cybersecurity protections.

We have worked with USF professors to develop an online based incident response plan (IRP) for local governments and small businesses. This IRP was reviewed by subject matter experts and provided input to improve our document. We asked representatives from FL League of Cities, USF, Emergency Management, State Inspector General, etc.
