We’re excited to announce Building Easier CEO William Daniels has joined the Association for Enterprise Growth (AEG) Inner Circle. AEG is a trusted group of business leaders that service the mid-market as well as a business networking organization. William founded a building and real-estate company, the Building Easier Construction Group (BECG), in 2014 in his hometown of Tampa Florida. As the CEO, Will has led the organization to immense growth, with current revenues topping $30 million. BECG was named a Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Fast 50 honorees – growing through the pandemic. BECG’s size has also landed them on Tampa Bay’s Top 200 privately held companies in 2022. Additionally, Will was named a Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 40 under 40 honoree of 2022. We spoke with Will on why he joined AEG and he told us “AEG’s mission and values resonated with me. Being a CEO of a midsize organization can often be isolating. AEG allows for a casual environment to connect with likeminded people with similar life experiences in a non-invasive way. As a founding member I look forward to being part of their growth and success here in Tampa.”
AEG has chapters in DC and Baltimore with two more cities coming online this year. Members have access to the other chapters and members.
AEG has two different membership groups: the Elite advisors and the Inner Circle. The Elite advisors are a trusted group of business professional leaders that service the mid-market. The group is maxed out at 75 professionals that cover over 50 disciplines. We meet on the 3rd Thursday of each month at the University Club. The group discusses challenges in the mid-market and assists each other with referrals, connections, and challenges. Each member also has a list of trusted advisors to help their own clients with the needs or challenges they might have.
Our Inner Circle group are CEO/Presidents running companies over $20m annually currently, in the past, or rapidly growing to that point. We host an exclusive, social experience monthly that is carefully crafted to be interactive and transformational personally and professionally. It is a non-solicitation zone where they can be relaxed with like-minded peers.
