Elevate, Inc. is proud to announce their newest member of the advisory board, Lilly Ho-Pehling. Lilly has an extensive background ranging from healthcare administration, chemistry, and working with entrepreneurs. Lilly and her husband relocated to Tampa over thirty years ago. She has enjoyed learning, connecting and growing with the Tampa Bay community.

Lilly has had a very positive impact on this community. One of her many accomplishments in Tampa Bay was her involvement and affiliation with the construction of the Byrd Alzheimer Research Institute Center that stands tall on the University of South Florida campus.

More recently, Lilly has created her own consulting company, LHP Consulting, that assists health care administrations and businesses in development. With this opportunity, she has been able to utilize her skills and experience to provide professional and personal growth to health care and business professionals.

While Lilly enjoys her work in the health care industry, she has found her passion in working with entrepreneurs. With the rise of entrepreneurs in the Tampa area, Lilly has discovered many are in need of support and mentorship. She became involved with Leadership Tampa where she was able to meet many young entrepreneurs who were well on their way to creating amazing businesses. Lilly feels strongly about her work in support of “the future of our community.”

With her new role on the Elevate, Inc. Advisory Board, she looks forward to playing an active part in supporting growth and advising our team on how we “elevate” our business to the next level. We are thrilled to have her on the team.
