Headquartered in Tampa, CAN Community Health has spent 35 years connecting individuals and communities with comprehensive health care, prevention, treatment and support. The nonprofit provides services for people living with or at risk for HIV, Hepatitis C, sexually transmitted infections and other chronic conditions, with a focus on expanding access to care and improving health outcomes.

CAN Community Health’s integrated approach includes medical care, prevention services, pharmacy, behavioral health, dental care at select locations, telehealth, testing and additional support resources. Through education, outreach, and patient-centered care, the organization works to remove barriers and make health services easier to access and navigate.

With its national headquarters located in Tampa and health centers throughout Florida and several other states, CAN Community Health continues to expand its reach while maintaining strong roots in the Tampa Bay community.
