Doug Quitmeyer, CEO of Your6, had the opportunity to discuss does as well as his experience with the recruitment process after serving in the Military at the Elevate, Inc. advisory board meeting and why it led to the creation of the recruitment technology company.

After serving in the United States Army for 8 years and obtaining a wide array of skills, Doug was ready to pursue a civilian career. When he started working with a recruitment firm, he realized that the jobs he was being matched with were not in line with his unique set of skills.
