With several years of experience in Human Resources and recruitment, Lidian has built a career centered on supporting people, strengthening organizations, and helping talent succeed. HR and recruiting are truly her career of choice, and finds the work both meaningful and rewarding, especially when it allows her to positively impact employees and contribute to organizational growth.

Four years ago, Lidian relocated from Miami to Tampa, where she continues to expand her professional experience while staying actively involved in the HR community. Outside of her career, She is a proud mother of seven and a grandmother.  Family is at the heart of everything she does. Spending time with her loved ones keeps her grounded and motivated.
