Joining when he was 19 years old, Walt has completed transactions in all 50 states & over a dozen countries and is a regular keynote speaker at universities & organizations such as the FL Institute of CFO’s and the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors. He shared anecdotes and valuable lessons learned along the way, offering practical advice for navigating the complexities of entrepreneurship and carving out a niche in a competitive market as well as emphasizing the significance of identifying unmet needs in the market and delivering tailored solutions to meet the evolving demands of corporate clients.
