Payne Hansen is a Sales Executive professional working within Velocity’s unique overnight sourcing model which matches the most qualified and talented candidates to their global and diverse clients.  Payne previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Velocity, sourcing candidates for direct-hire and permanent positions.  Payne provides the best service possible and continuously works to maintain Velocity Resource Group’s Culture of Excellence.

Not only is Payne a 4^th generation native Floridian, which is rare to see these days, he’s proud to call Tampa Bay his hometown.  Prior to joining Velocity, Payne earned his Master’s in Sport Management from Florida State University where he graduated in July 2021.  In May 2020, he earned his B.A. in Sport Management with a minor in Communications from Florida State University.

While Payne enjoys spending time with his family and friends, he’s also a die-hard sports fan. You can often find him watching sports in his spare time.

Steven Lampos is a previous Recruiter/HR Professional who transitioned to a Business Development Executive position in the HR space. He is truly focused on collaborating with organizations & hiring teams when it comes to Sourcing, Engaging, and bringing on Top Talent for challenging roles. Steven was born and raised in Detroit Michigan where he did obtain his Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Oakland University. He relocated to Tampa, Florida in 2020 where he began his career at Velocity Resource Group.

Steven prides himself through his work and professional achievements. However, he does love spending time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, and traveling.
