The Tampa Housing Authority (THA) has recently welcomed Scott Pontz, as their new Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Having amassed over 30 years of experience in affordable housing, he now returns to THA, where he first served as an Accountant from 1990 to 1995. He since performed in many executive roles, most recently as Deputy Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer at the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority. Scott Pontz currently oversees THA’s entire financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency. Scott’s leadership in accounting and finance will undoubtedly support the agency’s current success and drive the organization forward.
