Hillsborough County Property Appraiser, Bob “Coach” Henriquez, spoke at the 9th Annual Property Assessment and Market Update hosted by the Florida CCIM Chapter/West Coast District at Feather Sound in Clearwater. Bob was a presenting speaker along with the elected Property Appraisers from Pasco, Pinellas and Manatee counties. It was a large gathering of local real estate professionals and Bob, and the other appraisers gave detailed presentations on the latest trends in mass property assessment and market trends in the Tampa Bay area.
