Proactive and results-focused, Caprice is the motivated connector of Solved by Tanna’s services with Owners in the Tampa Bay area ranging in the 15-100MM in annual revenue looking for CFO support. In the Brand Ambassador role, her goal is to not only drive growth and revenue, but to network with potential local clients to understand their needs and pain points to be able to ensure a successful partnership with Solved by Tanna’s services. In the Bookkeeping role, Caprice is responsible for tracking financial transactions, money management, bank reconciliations, and ensuring timely payments of all bills for some of Solved by Tanna’s clients.

Working with focus and determination, Caprice is inspired each day by seeing successful results and growth for the SBT team and its clients. She finds gratification in helping with the internal part of the business by handling bookkeeping, while also helping to externally market the business to the public. Caprice prides herself on intuitively seeing needs and initiating innovative, organized, and creative solutions.

A graduate of the University of Tampa with a Bachelor in Business Management and a Master in Business Administration, concentrating on Entrepreneurship, Caprice moved to Tampa Bay from her home state of Indiana to attend college and never left. She loves helping good causes and has volunteered with animal shelters and local organizations like Feeding Tampa Bay. Caprice and her boyfriend share a love for travel, food experiences, and their two beautiful cats. Someday, she visualizes traveling the world and writing a travel blog to share the food, drink, and adventures she discovers along her journeys.
