We are excited to announce the recent expansion of Proficiency Background Service with their acquisition of RefCheck. RefCheck has been operating since 1986 and has worked with client such as White Castle and Victoria’s Secret. The RefCheck portfolio will enlarge Proficiency Background Service’s footprint in this very exciting and ever-changing industry. They also offered a reference check for C-suite hiring positions, allowing for a deeper interview of previous employers, which is a new service Proficiency Background Service is excited to now offer.
Proficiency Background Service was established after years of seeing improper background checks destroy companies and hurt applicants financially by being denied employment. After seeing businesses cutback on employees due to countless lawsuits they decided to build a company with a strong foundation to provide low prices without losing the integrity of their services.
