The start of the new year comes with many new and exciting projects for Precision Painting Group. One of these they are currently working on is the JA Finance Park project, expected to be completed early summer of 2018.

Junior Achievement Finance Park is a ground-up project located in North Tampa. It will house more than a dozen sponsor booths aimed at helping young students enhance their financial skills. Sponsored by the Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay, Junior Achievement Finance Park will give 8th grade students the rare opportunity to experience their personal financial futures first-hand. After completing an in-class curriculum, students will then go to JA Finance Park to experience economics up close.

Upon entering the center, students receive a ‘life situation’ with job, income, education, and family scenarios. Based on their adult persona, students visit businesses in the simulation to gather information to make financial decisions, such as managing a household budget, using banking services, and making purchasing and investment decisions[1]. Programs such as JA Finance Park are crucial in developing student’s perception of the finance world and how they participate in it.

Precision Painting Group is also serving a crucial role with Finance Park. PPG will be responsible for painting each booth in the sponsors unique color scheme as well as completing exterior painting of the stucco and steel. This project is slated to be completed early summer of 2018.
