Last week, Onicx group welcomed Josh Korshak as Director of Leasing Acquisitions and Strategic Relationships to the team. Josh is responsible for managing and overseeing the leasing for the Onicx portfolio and developments. Additionally, Josh will be cultivating new relationships with health systems and maintaining existing relationships with health systems and clients.

Prior to joining Onicx, Josh worked for the largest Healthcare REIT in the country, Healthcare Trust of America (“HTA”). He oversaw the leasing of HTA’s Central Florida portfolio, which included over 1.5 million rentable square feet of medical office buildings, in addition to handling HTA’s acquisitions for the state of Florida. He also previously worked for Lincoln Properties and Marcus & Millichap.
