Nicole Fielder Selected to Leadership Tampa Bay Program

The Pilot Bank team is committed to the Tampa Bay community and works hard to contribute to its success. Vice President Market Leader, Nicole Fielder is no exception. Beginning in September, Fielder joins the Leadership Tampa Bay Class of 2020, along with other business and community leaders.

With a mission to enhance knowledge of regional assets and issues by engaging members with business and community leaders, Leadership Tampa Bay has promoted the prosperity and vitality of the Tampa Bay region for 30 years. Members participate in ten class days including panel discussions with business, civic and government leaders on regional issues and opportunities. Members also participate in an opening and closing retreat and trip to Tallahassee.

Fielder is no stranger to community involvement, and in her 30 years living and working in Tampa Bay, she has volunteered for many organizations. Big Cat Rescue, Buddy Baseball, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, Solita’s House, Echo and Paint Your Heart Out are a few of the organizations she’s had the pleasure of working with.

“It is important to me to volunteer because there are so many organizations that want to help others, and by volunteering, I can do my part to help their mission, and the more I learn it becomes by mission. I am very lucky to work for an organization like Pilot Bank, that supports me and the things I believe in. They give me the tools to grow”, says Fielder.

Fielder looks forward to getting to know more about Tampa Bay, the infrastructure, and the people. She is also interested in finding more ways she can help to keep Tampa Bay a great place to live and work.
