Lindsay Moczynski, a Florida native, was born in Jacksonville and raised in Seminole. She now resides in Tampa and loves being close to her family. Lindsay completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Law at the University of Florida. She later attended Stetson University where she received her Juris Doctor and interned for the Honorable William P. Levens and the Honorable Daniel H. Sleet. During these internships, she focused on civil and felony criminal law issues.
Before joining DSK Law in 2017, she practiced creditor’s rights and family law. At DSK Law she practices civil litigation, real estate, insurance fraud litigation, business litigation and family law. Her bar admissions include all Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
When not working, Lindsay enjoys being with her two boxers and watching the Tampa Bay Lightning, her favorite local team! Her passions include giving back to the community. She appreciates shaping young minds and does so through her role as co-leader of her niece’s Girl Scouts of West Central Florida troop. The role allows her to lead young girls through different community efforts, which include donating blankets to the Humane Society and jackets to the homeless. Lindsay also serves as a guest speaker for the Introduction to Paralegal Studies at St. Petersburg College and is involved with the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
