Hartin Dynamics President Dennis Hartin Selected for 2023 FBI Citizen’s Academy

We are excited to announce Hartin Dynamics powered by HUB international President Dennis Hartin has been selected, after a competitive nomination process, to the 2023 FBI Citizen’s Academy. HUB International is a full-service Risk and Employee Benefits consulting firm that established operations in the Tampa Bay area in early 2018. HUB International focuses on the strategies necessary to help their clients attract and retain the best talent, offering much better benefits choices while containing costs. Dennis has recently been featured in Benefits Pro Magazine as well as a speaker at multiple national conferences. He is one of the few Health Rosetta Certified Advisors in the State of Florida offering a unique approach to healthcare benefits and employee engagement.

Dennis also serves on multiple boards including Neuro Shifts, the Florida Association of Health Underwriters, Bay Area Bridge Builders and the National Center for Performance Health. His current efforts align HUB International with local organizations that assist in training the neuro-diverse for employment, addressing the growing mental health epidemic, and the increasing challenges employers face offering competitive benefits.

The FBI Citizens Academy is a stimulating six- to eight-week program that gives business, religious, civic, and community leaders an inside look at the FBI. During the academy, students gain insight into the structure and operation of FBI field offices and resident agencies and learn the services the FBI provides to local and state law enforcement agencies. It is the goal of the FBI Citizens Academy to foster a greater understanding of the role of federal law enforcement in the community through frank discussion and education and enhance community engagement with the FBI.

Upon graduating from the Citizen’s Academy, alumni are encouraged to join the FBI Tampa Citizens Academy Alumni Association (FBITCAAA). The FBITCAAA is a non-profit organization that promotes community safety through educational events and community service projects. The FBITCAAA is separate from the FBI.
