Halff would like to welcome Melissa Wolf, CFE, who is a Client Advisor for the Tampa Bay Region. Melissa joins Halff with more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including management of operations, appraisal and brokerage services, strategic planning, business development, production management, resource allocation, project leader, team management and client relationship support.

With a background spanning both public and private sectors, Melissa brings a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market. In the private sector, she acted as a licensed commercial real estate appraiser and managed a prominent commercial real estate brokerage and valuation services firm in Charlotte, North Carolina. She also spent many years working in the public sector with the Pinellas County Government under the leadership of Pinellas County Property Appraiser Mike Twitty, MAI, CFA, and the City of Tampa’s Port Tampa Bay under the leadership of President/CEO Paul Anderson.
