Gary Franks Shares More About Craig Tile and Flooring

On June 23rd, Gary Franks, VP of Operations of Craig Tile and Flooring, LLC appeared on That Business Show with Jamie Meloni! Craig Tile and Flooring is a commercial flooring and tile contractor that operates in Tampa Bay as well as Pinellas County. Eduardo Craig originally founded Craig Tile and Flooring in 1945 and after his retirement, passed the company down to Mr. Nick Monti who then he turned it over to his daughter Lynn C. Nottke. Piyush bought the company from Lynn in 2013.

At the time, Piyush Mulji was new to the flooring industry and was looking for a partner who could help manage day to day operations. Gary Franks had owned his own flooring company since 2010 and had spent his whole life within the flooring industry as a result of working for his father and stepfather. Gary had worked for his father starting at the age of ten and had developed great experience as well as a strong work ethic working with various types of flooring. Because of the expert knowledge Gary possessed, Piyush welcomed the current Vice President of Operations to the team.

During the time of Eduardo Craig and his family, Craig Tile specialized in high-end residencies mainly in St. Petersburg. Since new ownership, Craig Tile and Flooring has taken on many projects in commercial contracting. The company’s niche includes new construction and it works frequently with healthcare facilities. Healthcare facilities can be very difficult due to strict regulations, however, Craig Tile and Flooring is experienced in dealing with these guidelines and is equipped to handle these projects.

Craig Tile and Flooring prides itself on the quality of its services while maintaining the upmost care and attention to detail. The company focuses on a customer’s needs in order to deliver the highest quality. For these reasons, Craig Tile and Flooring has been able to maintain an excellent reputation and they will continue to work hard to deliver exceptional results to their clients.
