On July 20th, the CEO of EWI Construction, Casey Ellison, stepped out into the community to share the EWI Construction portfolio and vision at a MGM Friends networking event. The event was hosted by Chelsea Drinkard at TD Bank and was attended by business leaders in the Tampa community.
EWI Construction is a construction management and general contracting firm. Casey Ellison believes in pursuing projects of high caliber that hold to the highest standards of construction. Casey was grateful for the opportunity to build such a project, the Oxford Exchange. The team at EWI worked very hard to bring to life the creative idea behind the multi-purpose restaurant. It serves not only as a restaurant, but also as a bookstore, lifestyle gift store, co-working space, design studio and event venue.
Casey shared a portfolio of projects that EWI has worked on which include the Ava Restaurant, Buddy Brew, several Fast Tracks, a Bay Care health center, the Citrus Run apartments, and residences in Island Estates, Lykes and Westshore. Currently, the EWI team is working to develop the Heights, the area by the Hillsborough River just north of downtown Tampa.
Casey said he prefers to get involved with a project from the very beginning in order to ensure consistency and communication. He recognizes good design and encourages creativity within his company.
