Entrepreneurs’ Organization Member Duane Spires Shares His Story

On June 17, Duane Spires of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization sat down on That Business Show with Jamie Meloni to share some of his hard earned entrepreneurial success and advice. Duane is a national motivational speaker and a successful CEO of Extreme Youth Sports, which provides after school and summer camps focused on teaching leadership skills for kids through sports training and entrepreneurial education. On the show, he attributed his success to his drive and his take-action personality. Duane is always looking to surround himself with other entrepreneurs which is why he joined the Entrepreneurs’ Organization.

Duane was delighted when he discovered that the Entrepreneurs’ Organization was a group of individual business owners who were equally motivated and passionate about their personal professional growth. Since his involvement with the organization, he has found continued business success and enjoyment in supporting his entrepreneurial peers.

Duane has taken on the leadership role of Integration Chair within the Tampa Bay chapter. His role is to bring new members into the organization, familiarize them with the resources available and help introduce them to other members.

Duane also mentioned his involvement in the forum experience. Each month, members get together for a private forum that provides an opportunity to focus on one members’ good and bad experiences. Once the member has shared their story, the group offers praise and suggestions of support.
