I have always had a fear of needles. As a little girl I used to cry as soon as we pulled into the parking lot of a Doctor’s office. Needless to say, even after 25 years I am still petrified! Previously I worked in the medical field and dealt directly with IV therapy, so I know how beneficial IVs are for the body. I decided to conquer my fear and willing got an IV and am here to share my experience!

This gave me instant peace of mind. To know that they were following every rule in the book was and is important to me as a patient. The office itself was spotless and felt extremely clean. After being cleared by the medical staff to begin my IV therapy I viewed the options that could be “mixed in my bag”. I decided on the standard Meyers Cocktail.
