In December 2018, Zonetail announced the U.S. launch of its hotel mobile platform, as well as its partnership with AAHOA right here in Tampa Bay. The Elevate, Inc. team is proud to announce its partnership with the team, and look forward to assisting their expansion into the U.S. through community engagement.

Backed by 50 years of hospitality industry experience, Zonetail brings a modern mobile platform that connects hotel guests to the amenities and services hotels provide. Beginning with 23 hotels across Tampa Bay, over 1 million hotel guests will have the ability to book reservations, find detailed hotel information, make housekeeping and concierge requests and more, from the convenience of their mobile device. In addition, local businesses are able to reach guests with targeted information and deals through the unique ‘Explore’ section of the app. With 40% of offline transactions starting with an online search, Zonetail provides an additional avenue for hotel guests to discover and interact with the community around them, driving local business and customer engagement.
