Founded by Shamit Patel, Alpha Nodus is based in Austin, Texas but has plans to relocate to Tampa Bay to share their innovative technological solutions with local businesses and healthcare providers. Alpha Nodus offers cutting edge wireless technology such as Ultra-Low-Power Mesh Technologies, Machine Learning Engines, and most specifically Indoor Asset Tracking Systems.

Alpha Nodus specializes in Indoor Asset Tracking, which is essentially an antidote for the lack of GPS capabilities when indoors. Currently, there is over a trillion square feet of space across the United States that can’t be tracked by GPS, all of which are indoors. Alpha Nodus works to solve this issue so as to help companies across numerous industries better manage workflow and equipment.

The goal that Alpha Nodus hopes to achieve is to revolutionize healthcare by providing their services to hospitals and doctor’s offices so as to help keep track of nurses, patients and equipment and to make for a more efficient and organized healthcare system. By implementing Alpha Nodus’s indoor asset tracking systems, doctors can alleviate confusion and wait times within medical facilities so as to see and help as many patients as possible all while keeping track of staff and equipment availability.

His contributions have been instrumental in the successful exits of startups by acquisition from companies like Intel and Qualcomm.

In the coming months as Alpha Nodus begins it relocation to Tampa Bay, it is important to consider their emphasis on improving communication, growth and forward thinking.
