On June 17, Scott Price went on That Business Show with Jamie Meloni to discuss his experience as a successful, top-ranking CPA and currently a Managing Partner at A-LIGN. Scott’s blend and knowledge of both auditing and the business world has made him a valuable addition to any company. Outside of his work with A-lign, he has had a significant involvement with Elevate, Inc. as a long standing member of our Advisory Board.

Scott Price is a successful Tampa Bay CPA who believes in a collective business community that constantly works to #ElevateTampa. Scott first met Aakash Patel, President and Founder of Elevate, Inc., while hosting a FSU College of Business Dean reception. When they met, Aakash was eager to discuss his newly established company. It was a non-traditional PR firm that focused on strategic introductions, attending key events, building social media brands, and community relations.

The business was refreshing and new but it was missing a name. Scott suggested the name Elevate, Inc. since it focused on Elevating companies to the next level. Since 2012, the name Elevate, Inc. has taken off and developed as a recognizable name in Tampa Bay.

As an advisory board member, Scott has been able to learn about the various companies Elevate, Inc. has worked with. Each time he learns about a new company, Scott feel inspired by the great business leaders that are working in Tampa Bay.  Scott has provided invaluable business advice and has meet with many of the clients Elevate, Inc. has worked with. Scott has enjoyed being able to advise and support the growing businesses. He has watched Elevate, Inc. grow from its humble beginnings to where it is now, as a highly regarded business in Tampa Bay.
