Cogent Bank just formed a partnership with Jacksonville-based boutique 401(k) platform, NestEggs. The partnership will provide Cogent Bank business clients with a new service offering of 401(k) management, growing Cogent’s Private Wealth division.

This partnership with NestEggs will provide Cogent Bank clients with customized 401(k) plans, lower fees and 360-degree integrated payroll, among other services. NestEggs’s state-of-the-art record keeping platform and on-demand digital enrollment and education technology will allow Cogent to offer streamlined services and support to ease the process for its clients.
Growing the Private Wealth division’s services follows Cogent’s recent expansion of Cannabis, Blockchain Enabled Companies and Public Finance verticals. Cogent continues to expand its services to cater to its clients’ unique needs while also driving the industry forward.
