On March 11th, Elevate, Inc. attended the Centre Club’s Breakfast with an Executive, featuring guest speaker Dr. Jared Knisley, of XDuce.
Dr. Knisley is the founder of Fizen Technology, a Tampa-based cybersecurity and IT solutions company known for its work in penetration testing, compliance automation, and managed technology services. In 2025, XDuce—an enterprise AI and digital transformation firm—acquired a majority stake in Fizen, bringing the two organizations together to expand their global technology and cybersecurity capabilities.
Founded in 2006 and headquartered in New Jersey, XDuce has grown into a global technology services provider with more than 500 professionals supporting clients across industries including financial services, healthcare, and insurance. The company specializes in enterprise application development, cloud and data solutions, artificial intelligence, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
The partnership between XDuce and Fizen represents a strategic step in expanding end-to-end technology services. By combining XDuce’s global development and AI capabilities with Fizen’s cybersecurity and compliance expertise, the companies aim to deliver stronger security, faster innovation, and scalable technology solutions for organizations navigating increasingly complex digital environments.
During the discussion, Dr. Knisley shared insights from his entrepreneurial journey building Fizen in Tampa, as well as the strategic thinking behind joining forces with XDuce.
