BBBSTB’s 25th Silver Anniversary Gala: A Night of Commemoration and Giving

BBBSTB celebrated their 25th annual Silver Anniversary BIG Gala at Hilton Tampa Downtown on Sat. Sept. 9 raising close to $600K to support the legacy of mentorship in our community. Highlights included the inaugural Rays UP Award presented to longtime donor and alumni Big Brother Michael “Frenchy” Preston. Big & Little ‘Match’ Jonathan & Johan served as co-emcees and helped auction jewelry from IDC, a table upgrade with lobster tail & Chappellet wine, a Bucs Ring of Honor package with meet & greet experience with Lavonte David, a custom dinner at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Bar, and 14 travel packages to winner’s choice of Italy, Spain or Ireland. The Big & Little ‘Matches of the Year’ were also recognized, and guests enjoyed dinner, auction, program, wine & jewelry drawings, a live band, and a silent disco in the after-party lounge sponsored by Tito’s Handmade Vodka & Sprinkles Cupcakes!
