It has just been announced this month that a 252 Unit apartment community is to break ground within The Forum in Fort Myers, FL. The Forum Development is a master planned, mixed-use development located adjacent to I-75 that is comprised of retail, restaurants, residential, and office buildings. Mosaic @ The Forum will consist of (10) three-story apartment home buildings with a central clubhouse in a gated community.
The architects for this project are Baker Barrios Architects. The general contractor named is CORE Construction and other partners include Johnson Engineering, Fletcher Fischer P.L. and Links Financial with financing provided by Mutual of Omaha Bank. The lead developer for this project is Mosaic Development, which is based in Ft. Myers and St. Petersburg. Incore Residential, a Ft. First occupancy is expected to occur during the first quarter of next year. The style of this community is modeled after West Indies architecture. The property has a focus on outdoor community relaxation, recreation and active gaming areas. The outdoor community contains a resort-style pool, with cabanas and a poolside outdoor kitchen and fireplace. The clubhouse will offer a fitness center furnished with cardio equipment, workout machines, free weights, and a fitness-on-demand room. Other amenities include two dog parks with exercise equipment and socialization opportunities. Keeping with the pet-friendly theme, Mosaic @ The Forum pet owners can keep their dogs uniquely clean through an innovative dog-wash station at the central clubhouse.
This community is a beautiful upscale design offering active adults lifestyle of comfort, convenience and luxury offered in a range of unit styles from studios, single, two and three bedroom units. Not only is this development providing some of the most high-end amenities but also is conveniently located just off of I-75 making the commuting process effortless. Furthermore, it is in close proximity to educational institutions such as Rasmussen College and Keiser University, which adds to the value of the development.
Even though this community will be near to the interstate, it offers nature areas and is very close to the various water getaways, such as the beautiful coast as well as lakes. The Forum area offers a walkable lifestyle with the nearby neighborhood parks, retail stores, restaurants, and nature amenities, all of which make it a perfect fit for Apartment Homes living in Mosaic @ The Forum.
