A large part of 2020 has been helping their clients “lane-change”, and as part of that, Avorit launched a virtual leadership development program to help clients encourage and train their leaders completely online in our new ‘contactless’ world. Odigo in Greek means to lead. The team has taken leadership to heightened levels and is proud to offer Odigo Academy! The program launched in August and has been well received and has transformed leadership. The online courses are available via video & text which can be accessed through a mobile device or computer, fitted for all users across the entire world.  The course will walk you through challenges and help transform your leadership skills in positive ways and be completed at your own pace (there is no rush to the finish line). There are several modules including “Leading in uncertain times”, as well as some courses on “giving effective feedback” and receiving feedback. If 2020 has taught us anything it is, we all have the power to lead and it is crucial for leaders to serve as leaders during this time.

The online learning platform contains unique and disruptive practical training content that has been created from over 17,000 executive coaching hours. Participants know that they are getting insight they can trust because it has been vetted by thousands of global leaders.
