AtRock Consulting Group Joins #TeamElevate!

Elevate, Inc. is excited to announce the latest addition to the team with AtRock Consulting Group. AtRock Consulting maintains a mission to provide staffing, HR consulting and individual job search strategy through a combination of technological innovation and a millennial approach to problem-solving. They also place a strong emphasis on aiding Veterans with the transition to the civilian workforce via partnerships such as Project Transition USA.

AtRock Consulting Group was founded by Temple Terrace native Ben Sever. After graduating from Tampa Prep and then Elon University, Sever moved back to Tampa after working various positions with GreekCheck LLC and Netsuite. Taking his knowledge of the IT industry and passion for helping Veterans, Sever founded AtRock Consulting Group.

AtRock Consulting Group felt it crucial to use profound, universal icons when creating the company’s identity – symbols that define the company’s ideals and drive. AtRock gets part of its name through Atlas, the Greek Titan, which embodies the characteristics of perseverance, leadership and confidence. To complement those characteristics, a rock is a universal symbol of stability and loyalty. Simultaneously exhibiting all 5 characteristics is the perfect blend for a long-term, valued partner, therefore combining the two symbolic icons results in the formation of the name “AtRock”. Perseverance, leadership, confidence, stability, and loyalty are all ideals that AtRock strive to maintain.

AtRock Consulting’s vision is to be able to staff both IT and executive roles, while providing consulting efforts on workforce strategy. They aim to help the rapidly-growing IT staffing industry in Tampa through filling talent gap solutions while intimately understanding needs of clients.

Sever serves on the Advisory Board of Project Transition USA and will serve as a Greater Tampa Chamber Ambassador in the upcoming year. AtRock Consulting Group has now partnered with Elevate, Inc. and are excited to start getting even more involved in the Tampa Bay community!
