I’m Ann Pereira, the Tampa Bay Director for AEG’s Elite Advisor membership chapter.
Our goal at AEG is to get great people together who can build trusting relationships, so they can accelerate the growth of their business. We are an invitation-only, highly vetted community of successful professional service providers to the mid-market.

Ann Pereira has 30+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, with 18 years in hotel and restaurant operations, and another 16 years in private clubs. She has held various roles and responsibilities including, hotel operations, membership, marketing, fundraising, acquisition, revenue analytics, regional training and capital improvements in both Canada and the United States.
Ann holds a degree in Hospitality, which she completed in British Columbia, Canada. After living many years in British Columbia, Canada, Ann returned to Northern Virginia for 14 years before heading to the Sunshine State!
Ann is passionate about giving back to her community. She currently serves on two boards in the Tampa Bay area; Sunrise of Pasco, a domestic and sexual violence center in Dade City, Fl, and Leadership Tampa Bay. Her positions provide her the opportunity to connect to many people, in all walks of life, and her relationships are key to her success!
She is a wife, and mother of three amazing boys. When she’s not in the office, you’ll see her on the soccer fields, golfing, biking and enjoying the Florida beaches.
