Ashby Green Nominated for CFO of the Year!

Ashby Green CFO of the Year Nominee headshot 2016The importance of a CFO (Chief Financial Officer) for a business is typically underrated. The CFO is responsible for the finances and accounting, as well as being a strategic partner. They can help determine what is working, where there are issues, and can identify opportunities for the future of your business.

Oftentimes, small and midsize businesses will outsource this role. That’s where Ashby Green, CFO of Gazelle FP&A, and his team step in. The company is able to establish a personalized strategy that lays a solid foundation to build upon. This foundation is set up to facilitate year-over-year growth and long-term planning.

Each year, the Tampa Bay Business Journal awards CFO’s for their hard work and dedication. An independent panel of judges have chosen 26 local executives as finalists for the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 2017 CFO of the Year Award. Among the finalists is Ashby Green, CFO of Gazelle FP&A. Ashby was also nominated in 2016.

“I am both excited and humbled to be nominated again for the CFO of the Year in Tampa Bay. I want to express my gratitude to the Tampa Bay Business Journal and their great team for taking the time to recognize the financial leaders of this great community. I would also like to congratulate each and every CFO, as well as their respective companies, for their nomination.” Ashby explains.

A luncheon will be held on February 2 to honor the nominees and present the awards. We wish Ashby the best of luck and look forward to supporting him now and in the future!
