The Workscapes team is proud welcome Zack Gates! Zack joins the team as the Regional Sales Manager to their Build-scapes division.

With over twenty years of experience, Zack brings custom millwork, construction management and general contracting and sales experience to the Build-scapes team. Zack will be in charge of sales for Build-scapes. His primary role will consist of promoting and educating Workscapes clients on cutting edge interior construction solutions primarily with our partnership with Dirtt and its technology driven approach.  Zack is very excited to join the Workscapes team because of their energetic, knowledgeable and dynamic staff of employees. The most exciting thing about his new role is promoting awareness and education of the new technology associated with the interior construction industry. Workscapes interior modular construction applications are leading the way in the industry and are the future of interior construction.

Having lived in St. Petersburg for the past 20 years, he has solidified his roots in the Tampa Bay region and Central Florida.  His wife of 15 years, Linda Lee Gates, is a Realtor at Smith and Associates and they have two children, 9-year-old Garrett and 4-year-old Victoria.  When he isn’t working, you can find him on a golf course, at the beach, or supporting his kids in their various activities. In addition, Zack is involved in the Tampa Bay community by teaming up with Habitat for Humanity to renovate the Day Center for Family Promise of Pinellas and by being a supporter of the North Shore Elementary PTA and “You are Valued” organization led by Ricky Roberts III.
