The team at Workscapes is always striving to better our community here in the Tampa Bay area. They are continuously supporting our local charities by volunteering their time and workspaces. That is why they are proud to be hosting a charity event this year benefitting the Tampa Metropolitan Ministries. This organization has been working to help homeless and at-risk youth and families in our community since 1972. Since their founding, the Metropolitan Ministries has served over 1.5 million meals to our hungry neighbors, and given almost 200,000 nights of shelter for children and their families.
On November 7th 2019, the Florida Central chapter of the International Interior Design Association’s Third Annual Chairs for Charity event will be held at the Workscapes offices in Tampa. Creativity and charity will combine as teams are challenged to turn an Eames DSR chair into their own unique designs. These chairs will be auctioned off to charity, with all proceeds benefiting the Tampa Metropolitan Ministries.
