This product is offered for First-level Supervisors and Managers, such as office and store managers, shift supervisors, crew leaders, and forepersons responsible for the day-to-day management of line employees; Middle Managers responsible for carrying out the goals set by senior management and for providing feedback and offering suggestions; and Senior-level managers and Professional-level individual contributors at privately held companies. Fees are per interview, based on anticipated starting salary.
Executive Profiles – For C-level hires and Board appointments for large privately held and publicly traded companies, this is a deep and broad review of candidates under consideration. Individuals in these roles set goals for the organization, direct others to achieve them, and are ultimately responsible for the performance of the organization. Department managers, regional or division managers, plant managers, GMs and others at similar levels report to them. Up to four references and all necessary background checks are included. Fee is based on the role/scope of responsibility, irrespective of salary. This is a critical tool in employer and Board due diligence.
