#TeamElevate is very excited for the newest addition to the Advisory Board, Pawan Shah! Mr. Shah is the Chief Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer at Freedom Health and Optimum Healthcare, and has been working there for six years. He is one of the youngest executives in the Health Care industry.  Mr. Shah joined the organization in its infancy and has helped it become one of the largest privately held insurance companies in the state of Florida. The company has achieved over 400% growth since he started and has also grown from 2.5 Stars to 4.5 Stars, a nationwide Health Care quality metric! Mr. Shah’s motto is ‘intelligent growth’ which focuses on hyper and strategic growth while also enhancing the customer-centered focus on regulations.  He is the direct communicator and negotiator on behalf of the company, and has many government connections including direct relationships with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Mr. Shah has also recently started his consulting company helping businesses achieve growth through strategic marketing, enhanced operational strategies, coaching and communications. 

Being a graduate of the University of South Florida, Mr. Shah has his roots right here in Tampa. He is supported by his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters in Engineering Management.  Mr. Shah has done a lot of work in Six Sigma and Time study.  He is currently part of the Indo-US executive team and has recently been accepted into the prestigious Leadership Tampa Bay class of 2017.  He is excited to join Elevate, Inc.’s Advisory Board and help the community learn, connect and grow in the Tampa Bay area. He will be a great addition to our board and is very excited to learn more about Elevate, Inc. and their clients and be able to gain more connections within the Tampa Bay community.
