Stanton IP Law Firm, P.A. is excited about the growth within their company with their new hire, Lee Rendeiro. The addition of Lee as one of the patent attorneys at the firm has expanded the firm’s ability to serve innovators of the Tampa Bay area.
Lee Rendeiro was born in Lakewood, Ohio. He attended Purdue University and received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate of Law at the Ohio Northern University – Claude W. Pettit College of Law. Lee spent 20 years working in various industries as a mechanical engineer. Prior to moving to Tampa, Lee spent time with a small firm in Indiana practicing intellectual property law. With Lee’s passion for law, he is very excited about his move to the Tampa Bay area and to be part of the Stanton IP Law Firm, P.A. team. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is a member of the Florida bar.
As one of the patent attorneys at Stanton IP Law Firm, P.A., Lee is involved with protecting, enforcing, and monetizing intellectual property rights. When it comes to patents, he is involved with drafting, prosecution, and litigation. Lee assists with obtaining patents both in the US and abroad, trademarks at both the federal and state levels, copyrights on works of art, and keeping trade secrets confidential.
Lee is married to Kelby and together have three sons, Mason, Tyler, and Jordan. Lee enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and sailing.
