It’s lights, camera, and action for the 10th Annual Eye Ball Gala presented by the Lions Eye Institute on October 22 at the Westly Event Center. The “Vintage Hollywood” event is dedicated to bringing together ophthalmic experts, community leaders, and loyal friends to raise funds and awareness for the Lions Eye Institute and continue the practice of selfless healthcare. Attendees can expect attractions such as live and silent auctions, celebrity impersonators, and much more.
The Lions Eye Institute will be recognizing those who dedicate themselves to furthering their mission with two awards. The Light of Sight Award is given to an individual who dedicates their philanthropic, volunteer, or other charitable services to the Lions Eye Institute and the field they serve. The Innovation and Research Award is presented to an ophthalmic professional whose dedication and contribution is considered invaluable to the field of vision.
Sponsors of the Eye Ball Gala receive benefits such as priority seating, printed advertising, recognition from the Lions Eye Institute, and more. These exclusive benefits are based on the appropriated level of sponsorship, which are divided into four packages: Ruby, Emerald, Diamond, and Presenting sponsorships. Sponsorship participation forms can be found here or by visiting the Lions Eye Institute website at www.LionsEyeInstitute.org. Those who have questions about purchasing sponsorship packages or wish to inquire about advertising space are encouraged to contact Merrill Stewart [email protected], or by telephone at 941-726-0173. Last year was a sellout, so get your tickets early!
The Eye Ball Gala will begin at 6 pm on October 22, 2016 at the Westly Event Center, formerly known as Mainsail Event and Conference Center. Guests will enjoy silent and live auctions and delicious food and beverages as they mingle among others in attendance.
