ROJO Architecture – Take a Dive Into Island Fin Poke

It is time for all of us here in Tampa Bay to take a break and spend a day on the beach. While our local beaches remain closed, we can all do so by enjoying a delicious bowl from Island Fin Poke. Tastes like a vacation we should all take again and again. This new franchise concept coming to dozens of locations state wide is the creation of Owner’s Mark and Paul, with 20+ years experience in the food industry. Their mission, create fresh, delicious and all gluten free poke bowls. To put it in their words “Give it a try and see for yourself, you will never eat a poke bowl from another restaurant”. Our take on the food, the sauces make the meal!

ROJO Architecture is currently assisting many franchisees throughout Florida to bring this concept into their local communities. The casual atmosphere transports you “from every day to a surf shack on the beach”. The interior palette brings weathered finishes like wood clad walls and stained concrete floors, together with colorful Hawaiian island graphics throughout the space. The furniture also reflects this relaxed family style with the use of picnic tables as well as distressed and bright aluminum chairs.
