This waterfront modern home was designed for Development Group of Florida, Inc. Project is located in Symphony Isles in Apollo Beach and it’s currently being built by Alfil Construction. One of their specialties is concrete work so ROJO took advantage of this and incorporated several casts is place concrete walls which are to remain exposed, bringing texture and visual impact too many spaces. Home design reflects current trends and promotes spaces conducive to smart and comfortable living. Two master bedrooms were provided, 1 per floor as well as 2 additional bedrooms on second floor, all with their own ensuite bathrooms and dressing rooms. A generous game room is also provided which could be set up as a media room, fitness, home office, etc. or a combination of these uses. A pool with an outdoor living room and a kitchen complete the amenities for this project.
