ResflexTM: The Platform For Recruiters, By Recruiters

ResflexTM is a user-oriented tool that organizes all of a client’s project data into one place to easily access candidate profiles and monitor VRG’s progress. The system was created completely in-house and is maintained by VRG’s team. Within the platform there are several quick-links that lead to the list of sourced candidates, a map of where candidates are located, client and recruiter feedback and more. With ResflexTM, all project information and candidate data is shown in real-time and clients have continued access to the data even after a project is completed.

The ResflexTM systems most relevant section for clients’ is the candidate folder. This section contains the list of all candidates that VRG has sourced and connected, so clients never have to wade through resumes that are potentially outdated or irrelevant. This quick view of candidates also shows how many times that candidate has been contacted, as well as the date and method used to contact them (email, phone, social media, etc.). Once you click on a candidate’s name, you can see where the candidate was found, verified contact information, and a full copy of their resume when provided.

Clients stay involved in the recruiting process for each sourced candidate by using the ResflexTM system to add notes that help VRG’s recruiters find similar or better candidates. Clients can note whether a candidate should be hot listed or can tag them with a “thumbs up” or “thumbs down” with the simple click of a button. During VRG’s process, each candidate is asked the same set of questions for a pre-screening to further supplement their resume and experience, and to determine their interest and fit for the role. Clients can then access these answers in the system to determine if a qualified candidate the best fit for their needs. Clients can then help track where candidates are in their own process by dispositioning them as “qualified”, “withdrew from process”, “interviewing”, and “hired”.

A significantly useful feature in the ResflexTM platform is the Geotag Map. Throughout the project, clients can view where each candidate is located in relation to the location of the open position. The platform includes the option to view all candidates or to view only those that have expressed an interest. Just by selecting a pin on the map, clients can access a quick view of a candidate’s information and a link to their profile is readily available.

Clients can also share candidate information with other recruiters in their company via a shareable link to gain feedback from their team and then easily provide feedback to VRG’s recruiters within the platform. This feature helps to make sure that your team is staying involved in the process and that VRG is always improving their search. VRG is able to see which candidates’ information has been downloaded and which candidates the client has viewed. This allows VRG’s system to learn exactly which candidates the client is finding the best match with and continue to improve a client’s project results over time.
