Precision Painting group continues 2018 with new and exciting projects. This past month Precision Painting Group was awarded their newest project – a four-story tilt wall office building in Tampa. The project is located in the Renaissance Center on Henderson Road just north of the Wellcare Campus. At over 136,000 square feet, this building will be the new Tampa regional office for AAA – The Auto Club Group.

Precision Painting Group’s scope of work includes texturing the exterior tilt walls, a garage expansion, as well as large covered walkway from the building to the garage. The interior buildout of the four-floor tenant includes painting, vinyl wallcovering, and custom graphics.
