Members of EO Tampa Bay gathered at The Centre Club and had the opportunity to learn from guest speaker Blake J. Casper. In addition to holding the position of Chairman, CEO and Managing General Partner of Caspers Company, a Tampa-based organization founded in 1958 that owns and operates 53 McDonald’s restaurants throughout the Bay area, Casper is the founder and co-owner of Oxford Exchange in South Tampa.

Blake Casper shared with the talented group about his journey with the amazing project of Oxford Exchange. He spoke about his initial ideas, how those concepts were transformed over time and reinvented, and the type of environment the space is currently. Just as Casper visualized, the Oxford Exchange is a unique combination of a bookstore, coffee/tea lounge, dining area and collaborative space for all.

Tampa Bay is grateful that Blake Casper took a chance on building such an amazing space and his story encourages other entrepreneurs to continue their efforts, taking chances and dreaming big.
