The Mandalay Beach Club on Clearwater Beach overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. The property is a Penthouse Condominium that is undergoing a large-scale renovation and modern luxury design build, consisting of a complete demolition and interior design including: flooring, cabinets, trim, ceilings, and interior partitions. This is a $1 million+ project that embodies the utmost in quality and luxury.
The build will include modern design featuring curved ceilings. The concept is to exude an open aura with a focus on sleek and modern expression. The penthouse will also include elevated decks to relish in the beautiful view of Clearwater Beach. Accompanied with the contemporary appearance, the penthouse will incorporate the latest in smart-home design and technology including automated lighting, motorized blinds/shades, and state-of-the-art in audio and visual technology.
The Architectural Designer on the project is Sergio De Santo of Renker Eich Parks Architects, Inc. along with Rob Bowen of the Bowen Design Group providing various structural and interior design input. The completion date for this project is estimated to end in January 2017. A second newly started penthouse at the Residence of Sand Pearl is another of Loupin Construction’s recent ventures. It’s estimated to be completed in the summer of 2017. Both projects average about an 8-month build cycle. We will have more details about Sand Pearl’s progress to report in the near future.
