Leadership Tampa Bay Class of 2023 Accepts Amelia Fox!

Amelia Fox is a strategic, entrepreneurial, and analytical Executive with track record of developing and executing growth plans. She has a proven ability to take high-level – “back-of-the-napkin” – ideas and convert them to comprehensive and actionable plans; steer large-scale strategic initiatives in dynamic, often turbulent, market environments; quickly establish friendly and productive relationships; and facilitate at the white-board, pitch on stage, or coach in the coffee shop. She has led several organizational transformations to include building a strategic planning team and developing global strategies for growth at a multi-billion dollar payments company. “I’ve been in Tampa for six years – two plus of which were obviously consumed by the pandemic. I moved here thinking it was a short term, temporary assignment. Yet, when the initial term of my contract was up, I realized I had no interest in moving back to Atlanta. I am at a point in my career and life where I have enough time and energy left to make a difference and enough experience under my belt to bring value to communities that I touch. I am eager to deepen my knowledge of the Tampa Bay region, to meet like-minded people who are seeking to engage and help the area grow and grow well, and to develop friendships that will enrich and enhance my life. Through this I know I will become a better employee, a better community member, and probably most importantly, a better mom to my rising 8^th grade son,” shared Amelia.
