A portion of every closing is donated to various causes around Tampa Bay that are helping to directly Impact our community.

Impact Founder and CEO, Kevin Byrne was proud to get his team out into the community this September on the 26^th as the Impact team lended a helping hand to those in our community effected by hunger. With a generous donation of 6,000 dollars to Feeding Tampa Bay, Impact Realty was able to help 60,000 families in need in the Tampa Bay area.

Thanks to the hard work volunteers put in on a sunny Tampa day, the community was able to flourish with a helping hand. With over 30 volunteers and 3 hours well spent, Impact was able to make an impact on those in need.
